Home Health CareWeston County Memorial Hospital Home Health Agency has continued to grow since it was established in the fall of 1993. We meet a community need for the provision of services to clients in their home setting. Our caring, professional staff travels the entire county to provide skilled nursing, physical therapy and home care aide services. |

County Health CareThe local Public Health Nurses work closely with physicians and hospitals to provide continuity of care to the clients they work with. The goals of Public Health are disease prevention and health promotion. The nurses promote quality health care in Weston County!Our nurses offer a variety of services for all age groups: immunizations, blood pressure and diabetic screenings, family planning program, foot care clinics, coordinators of services for children with special needs, maternal child health services, WIC nutrition program, community health education programs, home health care.Any person residing in Weston County is eligible to have
