The goals of Public Health are disease prevention and health promotion. The nurses promote quality health care in Weston County!Our nurses offer a variety of services for all age groups: immunizations, blood pressure and diabetic screenings, family planning program, foot care clinics, coordinators of services for children with special needs, maternal child health services, WIC nutrition program, community health education programs, home health care.Any person residing in Weston County is eligible to have
